found some topwater fish this mourning. yee haw. looks pretty good for my first tournament of the year im gonna fish tommorow and saturday.lots of SHRIMP moved in this week on the north end. i concentrated on big flats where the shrimp were being mauled by trout from 1 1/2 to 6 pounds. all fish caught on bone spook jr and bone she pups. water is still a little of color but gettin better should be able to finish pretty well this weekend. my wife caught her first large trout on topwater this morn. 4.5 pounds and had 1 fish in the 6 pound class pull the hooks out at the boat.all in all a pretty respectable mourning in the sabine lake will post monday tourney results if i can get them. tight lines and clear skies guys see yall later
