first tourney went of without a fish to weigh in. caught a lot of fish but couldnt find the one i needed. fished all day friday w/ little results slack tides all day and no bait. found some fish early saturday mauling shrimp around day light caught a 5.5 pound trout on top water but that was it for big uns. tourney was put on buy the port neches chamber of commerce. really good for the community. i guess the problem is the tides are to our benefit at night right know so thats what ill do for the next week or so till i get favorable tides at dayight and dark . tight lines and blues skies guys see yall later
